Ned started our independent agency from scratch, sitting at his kitchen table with his wife to sign the contract with his carrier. He has gone through the strains of running a business and raising six children in the community in which he was born and raised as well. Ned remains active in the agency though semi-retired. He will always remain the driving force behind the agency's success and the example to which we all compare. |

Paula, Ned's youngest daughter, began full-time with the agency in 1994. After growing up working through spring breaks and summer vacations, she became licensed as an agent in August of that same year. Currently, Paula acts as the Operations Manager and Account Supervisor in the agency, concentrating on sales but remaining actively involved in the service side of the agency. |

Pat started with the agency in 1997 as the receptionist. A local resident of Dexter, Pat remains a major reason for the quality of the service our agency is able to provide. Concentrating on billing issues and claims support Pat is involved in the handling of each account on almost a daily basis. |

Judy is another Dexter native who has been with the agency since 1998. Judy concentrates primarily on Personal Lines and Life & Health service issues for our existing accounts. Judy provides the type of service our associates and clients have the right to expect from our family-based business. |

Carol came to our agency in 1999 to run our Commercial Lines Department. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is an important part of the constant service to our commercial accounts. Carol focuses on the perpetual evaluation and revision of each account to be sure that the right coverage it in place for each situation. |

Kelly has worked as a Technical Assistance since 1997. She started with us while she was a student at Dexter High School to provide assistance to our services staff. Kelly remains involved as an assistant for data-entry and other clerical responsibilities while she attends college. |
